Gateway Arterial Flyover
Castlequinn Construction Services delivered Project Management and Supervision services on the Gateway Arterial Flyover project. The responsibilities Castlequinn Construction Services took ownership for included:
- Planning and supervision of traffic control
- Set up of TTM
- Temporary Road signage
- Line marking
- Installation of PCB and zone guard barriers
- Formwork, Reinforcing and concrete works associated with the shoring of a 4-span flyover
- Widening of Gympie arterial road
- GST of subgrade
- Gravel pavement and asphalt
- Part of the team awarded winner in the Repair, Restoration and Retrofitting category at the Queensland Concrete Institute Awards for Excellence.
8 Mile Intersection Project
Castlequinn Construction Services delivered Supervision and Project Management Support on the 8 Mile Intersection project. The responsibilities Castlequinn Construction Services took ownership for included:
- Project Management and Supervision services on an overpass project located approx. 10km from Warwick at the New England and Cunningham Highway intersection.
- Responsible for the planning, supervision and of X2 11-meter-high embankments
- A new slip lane connecting the New England to the Cunningham Highway
- Construction of a 2-span bridge over the Cunningham highway
- installation of multiple drainage structures
- Coordinate and managed all finishing works including electrical street lighting, asphalt, guard rail, line marking, extruded barrier and Landscaping
Cross River Rail
Castlequinn Construction Services are currently delivering Supervision and Labour Hire Services on the Cross River Rail project.
As an integral part of the Rail Installation Team, we are
- Responsible for supporting the project team with the installation of rail both LVT, the first of its kind in Australia and FST track from Boggo Road to Woolloongabba and from Woolloongabba to Albert Street station in 4 separate tunnels.
- The installation of over 6000 Epoxy Grout pads as part of the Floating Slab Track System (FST)
